Following our recent Ofsted Exceptional grading,  we are delighted to share details of our two Leadership Personal Development Open Days.

The event is specifically designed for Leaders from other Academies.

These events will provide an opportunity to share good practice, explore what makes Personal Development truly exceptional, and reflect on the key features that contributed to our recent Ofsted outcome. We will also share insights into the Ofsted process, including what inspectors look for when evaluating the impact and quality of Personal Development.
