Post 16 Colleges

The SEND Local Offer provides clear, comprehensive information on support and opportunities available to children, young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and their families/carers.  It includes details of local educational, health and social care agencies, plus resources, activities and events, and provides links to local SENDIASS (SEND Information and Advice Service).

Doncaster SENDIASS can offer impartial information, advice and support if you are: a parent or carer for a child or young person up to age 25 with special educational needs or disabilities.

 

 

 

Local to the Edington area, we have 2 specific SEND colleges. To gain a place at these colleges, students must hold a EHCP at the point of application. To find out more about they offer please head across to their websites or arrange to speak with a member of their staff.

Doncaster Communication Specialist College - supports students with a range of special educational needs, not just those with hearing impairment.

Harrison College- offers a skills based educational programme.
